The following terms and conditions apply to your travel bookings with Rainbow Travel Vietnam. By booking with us, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Personal Information
To process your booking, we require the following information from each tour member:
– Full name, age, and sex
– Contact details: email address, telephone number
– Flight details: flight number, arrival and departure times
– Accommodation preferences: single, double, etc.
– Any special requirements or needs.
We value your privacy and will keep all personal information confidential.
Prices & Services Included
Prices are subject to change until final written confirmation before your booking. Please review the services included on each day listed in your travel itinerary, as we are not responsible for any services not written by our travel consultants.
Contract and Bonding Arrangements
Your booking will be confirmed with a written itinerary and acceptance of our terms and conditions. Rainbow Travel Vietnam is legally bound to keep a substantial bond for your protection.
Booking and Services Availability
We will reserve services as soon as we receive your booking request. If suggested services are not available, we may propose an alternative of similar value.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to guarantee your booking. Full payment may be required for bookings made close to the departure date or for services that require full payment in advance. In the event full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Children Discount

Age Limit: The children discount applies only to children aged between 3 and 11 years.

Identification: Proper identification of the child’s age and identity will be required at the time of booking.

Eligibility: Children must be accompanied by an adult to avail of the discount.

Discount: The discount offered to children will vary based on the tour and service chosen. The specific discount percentage will be mentioned in the tour description.

Availability: The discount is subject to availability and can be discontinued without prior notice.

Booking Limitations: The number of children allowed on the tour may be limited. Please check the tour description for details.
Amendment & Cancellation
If you wish to amend your services, we will try to change it at the same value. Fees may apply for amendments or upgrades that exceed the value of the original booking.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
– More than 30 days prior to trip departure: no charge.
– 15-30 days before arrival: 30% of plus charge.
– 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of plus charge.
– Within 7 days of arrival: full charge.
In the event of severe weather conditions, we will offer an alternative of equivalent quality or a partial refund. No additional compensation will be paid. Unused services are non-refundable, and a service fee will be charged for any permitted refunds.
Complaints
Please inform your tour guide or tour operator of any problems that arise during your tour so that we may promptly resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach a resolution on your tour, please email us directly and allow us time to rectify the situation.
Insurance and Medical Precautions
All tours and services do not include insurance coverage. It is recommended that you arrange this in your home country before traveling to Vietnam. Vaccinations and medical precautions are also recommended. In case of illness or injury, we will help to arrange necessary treatment, but travelers must cover the cost.
Responsibility and Disclaimers
- Rainbow Travel Vietnam does not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information on our website. Final confirmation of tour itinerary and services will be provided in written communication via email or at our booking office.
- Rainbow Travel Vietnam is not liable for injuries, damages, deaths, losses, accidents, or delays caused by any third-party service providers included in the tour.
- Rainbow Travel Vietnam will not take responsibility for events beyond our control, including wars, civil strife, natural disasters, or terrorism.
- Rainbow Travel Vietnam is not responsible for delays, additional expenses, or other issues resulting from incorrect health documents or government actions.
- Rainbow Travel Vietnam reserves the right to decline bookings that may pose a threat to public safety and security in Vietnam.
